Won't refund unwanted auto renewal

Won't refund unwanted auto renewal. Tried contacting the Busuu team about a refund and was told "However, in line with our Terms and Conditions, I am afraid that you are not eligible for a refund."

Great product

The Busuu product has been a big part of my journey to becoming bilingual. It’s very easy to use and the lessons progress at a comfortable and challenging pace. And the help desk has been very responsive which is a huge bonus.

Kindness and Solvation!

Great app for learning

Great app for learning, their setup makes it easy to learn plus they’re focused on you, not the revenue (as you will find with Duolingo). Also their team is very helpful, I requested the feature to login on desktop using Apple ID, they added it and even let me know a few months after the request was made, great to know they improve the app based on feedback and will let you know to enjoy it.

Tried to cancel during the get 7 day…

Tried to cancel during the get 7 day trial- cannot easily see how to do that and premium taken out all emails requesting a refund and cancellation bounce back domain not known even if you reply to an email generated by them. NOT IMPRESSED subsequently refunded by the very helpful support team at Busuu.
