App subscription did not update correctly

I encountered an error (probably software related) regarding the Busuu app subscription. My card was credited for another year of Busuu premium, but the app remained with a free subscription. I wrote an e-mail to the department in charge with public info and the next day, my problem was solved. So, many thanks!

Good customer service! Just started to use the platform, but so far I like it. Cannot rate the training sessions yet.

Busuu is good

Busuu is an excellent language-learning website and app, and the people are amicable at helping with learning, I definitely recommend this to people wanting to learn a new language.

Makes Learning Fun

I have tried other ways to learn a foreign language before, but this is the first time that I am having fun learning and therefore I'm motivated to keep going.

I really like Busuu. Maybe it would be nice if those who maintain the constant study routine had a reward like... a free class or something.

Busuu is the best)

I have been using Busuu to learn English for 10 years and I consider it the best resource. Busuu helps me maintain my language proficiency and improve it. And I am very glad that Busuu is not standing still. Over the past 2 years, there have been a lot of changes. Many new options, exercises, interesting videos and communication opportunities have appeared. Keep it up!!!

Do nauki jestem zadowolona (choć sporo błędów można znaleźć i czasem mowa jest bardzo niewyraźna), ale właśnie wykupiłam trzecia subskrypcję i bardzo lubię czas spędzony z busuu, pomaga mi utrwalić wiedzę zdobytą w College. Roliczenie subskrypcji to dramat. Brak przypomnienia,że się kończy to ogromny minus. Kolejny rok z rzędu jest problem z płatnością, w ofercie pokazuje 8 zł/ miesięcznie a z konta pobiera 180 zł 🤬. Przy zakupie brak podsumowania zakupu, więc w sumie kupujesz w ciemno. Po ...

I found this course very useful, and very easy to follow. It would have been better if suggestions were given to follow up on lessons quoting extra material such as books to read etc.
