The application is very strong and useful, I'm fully satisfied of the usability and I consider that I'm learning languages, but the content of the languages sometimes gives "could that really be right, do they really say that like this there?" feeling. I can't be completely sure about the content of Portuguese language is coming from the right hands.

La experiencia es muy buena. No me puedo quejar. Pero si tuviera que darles algún consejo sobre algunas cositas que mejorar son:- Habilitar modo 100% escritura o mejorar la selección de palabras en el formato web (se hace tedioso resolver con los números 1234 etc)- Hay algunos casos en donde respondo correctamente pero con palabras similares ( el sentido es el mismo) y la aplicación lo toma incorrecto

It is helping me a lot

It is helping me a lot. Learning the hiragana character slowly. Would be even better if a few common vocabulary is slowly repeated frequently. But over all I am very satisfied. Thank you.

Don't make us pay to learn

They should make it to where you don't have to pay for more lessons. Everyone wants to learn, but the lessons should be free. I might have to go to another site where it doesn't cost to learn 1 language.

App subscription did not update correctly

I encountered an error (probably software related) regarding the Busuu app subscription. My card was credited for another year of Busuu premium, but the app remained with a free subscription. I wrote an e-mail to the department in charge with public info and the next day, my problem was solved. So, many thanks!

Room for improvement

You could improve by providing a rubric for tutors and students. You could also add a blog where students can see how to provide useful feedback, how to enhance their experience, and other tips and tricks. Aside from that, the learning experience is meaningful, the questions and topics are relevant, and the skills you practice are transferable to real-life situations.

Customer support no response

after 2 year, it suddenly started to automatically renew subscription, and when reaching out to support multiple times, no one answers. Bad experience!
