Improve app please

I like the app but there are many things to improve. I have a last-generation mobile and I see that the app is very slow. It stays loading too long, especially when you review words and choose a certain column. In my case, I am learning French and I realize that the jumps are big, suddenly you are at a basic level and suddenly you go to a very difficult level, learning should be more progressive. There comes a time when you can continue to advance but the oral or written tests require too ...

Chaotic

Chaotic. I paid for Premium - 12 months in advance in December. Yesterday my Premium status disappeared and their system is asking me to pay a fresh 12 months Premium subscription in order to continue with my course. Email enquiries just get a standard 'tell us what operating system you are using' response but no real follow up. As for a 'live chat' option to resolve problems as they arise. Forget it. Doesn't have one.

Easy to use software makes the learning easy

The software is well designed. I also like the structure of the teaching materials. It is well paced with reasonable reinforcement so that the learning becomes easy. Great job!

I retook my course after months of no being able to study. I found, nicely surprised, that you have improved in many aspects that I couldn’t pin point as not good, but whatever you did, is great. I’m fully committed to continue and thank you for your interest in my thoughts! ❤️

Очень благодарна создателям приложения. Начала заниматься со школьной базой, которую забыла за годы. Сейчас у меня крепкий B1, даже чуть выше. Я имею возможность общаться с людьми со всего мира. Здорово, что есть такие хорошие образовательные продукты, которые делают обучение проще и доступнее.
