Bussu is good platform to study languages. We can keep tract of our performance, How to pronounce things correctly, how to spell, grammar, etc.

I like the lessons

I like the lessons. But the 3 -4 mails on average every day are annoying.

Super platforma,najlepsza do nauki języka na rynku. Nauka bardzo merytoryczna i praktyczna. Kładzie nacisk zarówno na słownictwo jak i gramatykę czego zawsze mi brakowało w innych apkach tego typu,do tego szeroki wachlarz wyboru języków w wersji premium,świetna opcja z poznawaniem osób z innych krajów i możliwość wspólnej nauki.

Excellent program

Excellent learning system that is addicting at times. I especially like the review section where you can see all the words, their meaning and how well you know it (which is almost always accurate). Other than that there's a lot of work put into this program and I have no problem with it.

Customer Service was super nice!

Needed help resetting my account because I was sick for a year, customer service was super helpful and took no time at all granting my request

Good program, but read the fine print

The (German) lessons are thoughtful and designed to be incrementally absorbed. It sort of helps you teach yourself, and it helps you make a study plan and offers peer reviewing. I found that I made rapid progress when I did the lessons regularly . The reason I'm leaving a 3 star review is because they have a rule that they will automatically recharge you after your membership expires and once that happens your money is gone - they won't refund it. Can't agree with this policy at all, but ...

Watch out for automatic renewal (and direct debit) of subscription.

Any responsible organisation will give you prior warning of an annual subscription about to be paid by direct debit. Busuu don't do this, so the first that you know about it is when the money is taken out of your bank account. And there seems to be no way of getting a refund if you didn't want a renewed subscription. Not impressed!
