Scandalous system
To cancel, you must confirm many times that you want to do so. Which made me think I terminated properly more than a year ago. I therefore find myself with a €160 bill even though I am not using the application. It is scandalous and I am very disappointed with this application which I considered good at the start. I would like to get a refund.

2 years ago I started using busu and…
2 years ago I started using busu and reached a1,a2 levels. Now I pay again, but I can't manage to connect with my old account. In my email I receive all your messages except of NOW PASSWORD. One week I lose trying to start my lessons.

Great for beginners
It's useful especially for beginners, it gives your language learning a structure and the interface is user friendly. I also appreciated the opportunity to share your exercises with the community so that they can be corrected by native speakers. The support team is great and was very helpful.
