Learning product is good

Learning product is good, but for foreing student needs more details with alphabet letters, pronounciation to get started understand faster

It's decent

The lessons are good although sometimes the instructions aren't clear (learning Japanese and it randomly doesn't specify to answer in hiragana and I type in romaji and get it wrong and have to do it again). Sometimes uses words in phrasing that I haven't learned yet and causes some confusion but I'm able to sort it out with some google use. Overall I think it's decent as I've made really good progress with it so far.

i’ve really enjoyed it so far, it’s been most helpful in being able to learn the different alphabets (i’m currently learning japanese). If i had one criticism it would be it would be nice to have more extensive reviews and opportunities to answer different questions to answer. When i’m going back and trying to practice what i have learnt the questions become repetitive and i’ve noticed i have memorised the questions. But overall it’s a great app and i have already been recommending it.

Busuu experience

I had a problem with my annual subscription, but the Busuu team solved it efficiently. The website is very useful and helps you improve your language skills.

Painless language learning

I find this to be a pleasant and effective way to learn a language. Lessons are short and satisfying; exercises are easy; and on the whole it feels more like playing a computer game than a chore. Material is presented as text; as images and videos; as sound recordings. There is a reasonable balance between useful phrases and explanations of grammar.

Great experience!!

I tried out many language apps and ended up joining Busuu. The lessons are fun and the way you can test yourself either by either writing or speaking to a native speaker is great. I also want to say that the customer service at Busuu are good people. They actually treat and respond to their customers as real people and not just another numbered subscriber. Thanks Busuu!

Very satisfied with customer service

Very satisfied with customer service. I had not been using the app for a long time (bought it for a research project on language learning) and had not realised that subscriptions renew automatically and thus requested a refund when I realised I had been charged for another full year. The customer team came back to me very quickly and issued a refund. Many thanks

Tried the app on a year's subscription

Tried the app on a year's subscription, it was very helpful and the bitesize content I found to be particularly effective and easy to digest. After 6 months or so I began classes for Spanish and the amount of work meant I had less time for Busuu. I ended up forgetting about the subscription 6 months later and when it auto-renewed the team was very helpful in sorting out my situation. 5/5 Would reccomend
