I gave 5 stars to busuu becouse I like: graphics, conversations, method of repeatation, using of spoken and written English and story about Leo and Georgina. IT is nice to learn with busuu, IT is as an interesting game.

J'ai acheté un abonnement premium à cette plateforme d'enseignement des langues en ligne. J'ai demande l'annulation de ma commande, et une demande de remboursement, 14j de réflexion sont prévus si je veux être remboursée. Au bout de quelques jours, après plusieurs mails, en français et en anglais j'ai finalement reçu une réponse du service client en anglais, que je remercie. J'ai été créditée très rapidement.

Really love that, unlike other apps that try to make you learn based on purely repetition of sentences or words, Busuu actually gives grammar lessons.
