This application is really usefull and interesting. There are many different exercises. Thank you so much for this application!!!

Good for learning new words

Good for learning new words, but the grammatical context somehow lags behind. Also, if you find an error in their material, the feedback option is a bit clumsy which discourages improvements. Anyway, I am still sticking to it because the range of their materials and vocabulary is really impressive. You still need to take regular language course in addition to this app. But this app probably did help me to be the best student in my language class.

They did refund my subscription after publishing a message complaining

I wanted to cancel my anual subscription and they did refund me the money.

Technical glitch in Premium subscription

Although I purchased a 24-month subscription in January 2021, my subscription ended in January 2022. Therefore, I emailed Busuu to ask for help. They replied and fixed my technical glitch quite fast, just in 1 day. However, this issue still affects Busuu's image in my mind.

i was active until the 3rd quarter last year but got busy and have really not been opening Busuu. Not at all that i don't want to i just got too busy. i opened recently and saw that they have a new format which would take interaction with Spanish speaking people. Have not tried it yet but so much looking forward to it. i truly am satisfied with Busuu in learning Spanish although am slow in learning. not really pressuring myself as doing it only as a pass time but i also do want to seriously ...
