Watch out for the default auto renew of subscription fee! Rip off by design

The app is very good. Your hidden default auto renew is absolutely NOT OK. I was not aware my subscription would be automatically renewed and billed to my credit card. Presumably that detail is intensionallu hidden in the depths of the small print somewhere. This is a shady business practice and for thst I will not be renewing my subscription again. I contacted you to say I do not want the renewed subscription and want to cancel it and get refunded but was told no. Disgusting. There should ...

I am unable to log in yet again.

I am unable to log in yet again and all I get from the support site is a generic email which takes you round in circles and leads you to places that say, 'log in'!! The site is okay when it is not having glitches but customer support is very poor in my opinion. Busuu did finally respond but asked me for information they already have! I still can't log on. They say they have refunded my money. I don't think that this has happened yet although they have refunded fees in the past. It is so ...

Add definitions for wrong answers while reviewing

Reviewing old words doesn't contain definitions, It has been a while since I used this app last time, so I couldn't remember some words. I had to search for the meaning. I would prefer while reviewing, when the answer is wrong, not to be only showing the correct answer but also show the meaning.

I have been trying to use many application to study English. I was sure that #1 is EVA. But have found Busuu and start learning German, just to try. what is special or even unic with BUSUU? First- it is enough 10 min daily and it works. Second- in English article with Economist give to remember words immediately. Hope find the same in Germany. Many thanks. Valeriy

I love Busuu because I can learn…

I love Busuu because I can learn playing. I feel happy because I want to catch up my English and improve it. It's very good your messages encourage me to do my lessons The exercises are good too because I learn doing them and they are funny. I'm happy with Busuu!!!!

Worth the investment!

Such a great teaching tool if you do not have the ability to go to a school like me. ( At the moment, I am raising four children- I do this at night after everyone is asleep! ) Very intensive- there are many tools within Busuu that can help you grow in the foreign language of your choice. Busuu is a wonderful app to learn hard

Busuu is a wonderful app to learn a new language. It adapts to your current level and motivates you constantly to learn harder. Customer service team is great and responds quickly to any questions.

Good customer service

Although they initially took a little over the 24 hours they said it would take back to get back to me, once they did they were very helpful and responded back to any further queries very quickly. I had some trouble purchasing a subscription and they even sent me a code to get the discount which was no longer ongoing which I thought was very nice of them.
