Asking for a refund

3 days ago I ask for a refund but did not received any answer! I tough I would be able to practice my prononciation and have a feed back immediately by the computer but no. So please issue me a credit for my purchase as I ask for it before the end of the 14 days trial.

Good questions and system But Slow to answer problem and responder tries but has trouble with english Problem is answers involving more than one word merge and cannot be separated so scores are incorrect Eg using the sentence above would read “problemisanswers” Which cannot be separated Two people conversations are excellent Like to scroll vocabulary to check my answers immediately which is a great Words are spoken clearly at normal speed so I sometimes miss “est” Like photos which enhance ...

Excelente plataforma, el aprendizaje se vuelve fácil, interesante y divertido.

I like Busuu.

I like using Busuu. I can improve myself with Busuu practices. Althought i belive speaking practice is the most important thing when you learning a language. And Busuu's live and group lessons are so expensive.

Soy de Alemania y estudié inglés y francés en el instituto (Gymnasium) cuando era joven. Hace más de un año, tuve la idea de mejorar mi italiano para el teatro porque son cantante y actor desde hace más de treinta años. Cuándo busqué en internet descubrí a Busuu. Es tan divertido trabajar con Busuu que no sólo puedo mejorar mis idiomas conocidos como el inglés y el francés. También he empezado a aprender el español y, en poco tiempo, puedo leer y entender textos, ¡gracias BUSUU!

Creo que poner mal una respuesta porque no pusiste la apóstrofe, por poner mayúsculas donde no van, por un error de ortografía, es ridículo deberían cambiar eso, y en algunos casos no se entiende que hay que hacer.
