Effective method with an abusive renewal system

I like the app and the simple but effective way it teaches language. I've found it helpful to learn french and japanese but it hasn't all be good: 1) nobody reviews my exercises in Japanese. How am I supy to o ow if I've done things right? 2) the subscription was renewed automatically, without a heads up or a warning. I know other subscription methods who kindly warn you the renewal is coming up. 3) the first year is quite affordable, but the renewals are so much more expensive. I know I ...

Tutorial program should be improved

Hi there, I'm currently learning polish. To be honest I confess that I was born in Poland many years ago. Although polish is not my mother tongue I learn a lot during my childhood. I think Busuu tutorial program indeed help to improve my knowledge but it is quite limited. Progress perspective should be improved. I hope this helps.
