Busuu customer satisfaction review

Your customer service is exceptional to say the least. The most impressive is Busuu’s language learning platform: daily follow ups (makes me feel guilty if I don’t do daily lessons LOL), opportunity to have other students correct an exercise, positive feedbacks, etc. All at very reasonable adhesion price. KUDOS to the team that worked on the platform!

I have started using Busuu with some knowledge of grammar of French language. Using the course I have improved and expanded it. I also have learned to have short conversations on certain topics. In my opinion, conversations should be longer. It would be nice to expand the topics, introduce not only dialogues but also stories about certain events. A nice experience with Busuu

I had lately a nice experience with Busuu. I had experimented many languages courses and some by curiosity. In fact some didn't interest me at all. So I asked for these to be removed from my course list and a friendly Busuu employee named Peter did what was necessary to remove them since the students cannot do it themselves.
