Busuu is an amazing language learning tool! Im currently learning Japanese and am already 5% fluent in the first week of my lessons! Each lesson is easy to follow and the review function allows me to practice select words and phrases. My favourite function of the app is the peer review section. You can record your voice or write a paragraph and then post it to the community. Someone will reply to you with a correction so that you can learn first-hand from a native speaker! I keep being "paired" with a new person. I have been paired with at least 4 people in a week. This is just using my language expertise in my native language. When I tried to write them about this, the email was returned. Please do not pair me with more than 3 people at one time, EVER. That is all I can handle, because this is not my primary past-time. The lessons themselves are good.

I am 82 and live in Canada. Since I am retired and during the cold winter days nothing much can be done so I decided to engage myself into learning a new language. Japanese since I have a lot of Japanese friends at the golf club. Better than other language learning apps

I have tried many language learning apps / companies, all of which fell short of helpful. However this bad boy, Busuu, is amazing. 10/10 for everything.

Me and my wife we both were in another platform for learning languages. Since when I discovered Busuu we both leaved the other one, the reason ? Busuu is more interactive, grammar is explained, very interesting. We both now a Premium version.

I find it quite user-friendly

I find it quite user-friendly. Exercises include vocab, grammar and explanations, all new material used in sentences and with voice, so it helps a lot to memorise. The system feels playful, the lessons are short so you don't feel stressed. I enjoy it for recovering my German.

Favorite/ encouraging/ Super useful!

Busuu is my favorite language learning app!!! Favorite, not one of. I have been Using Busuu since 2018. Firstly, I used it to practice my English, cause my English was about B2. The course design is excellent, and the results are reasonable. Also, the app will remind me to repeat and review my study. And then I used Busuu to learn Italian. Now I am at B1 level.
