I’ve been using Busuu consistently…

I’ve been using Busuu consistently everyday to learn 2 languages which I find very useful especially with the grammar lessons. However recently my account lost all of its progress and although great immediate support from customer service, my progress could not be restored. I am now starting again from scratch and it’s very demotivating unfortunately. I thought I could pick up where I left off but my previous progress knew which words and grammar I struggled with so it’s difficult to replace.

Some advice

I'm really happy to work in Busuu，but I still hope Busuu can add some teaching tools like whiteboard or where the teacher can upload their teaching materials

Busuu outshines the rest!

Busuu is by far the best language app I have ever used. It's key advantage is that you ca do exercises which may be written or spoken. These are then corrected, review and frquentl commented upon by native speakers of the language or languages you are learning. You can also choose friends and send you work directly to them as well as the wider community. This speeds up the learning process and also helps to boost confidence. Occasionally, There are glitches but most setbacks are resolved ...

Excellent tool for online language learning

Busuu has certainly helped me expand my vocabulary and reading comprehension in my target language. Having the language certification certificates is very nice and provides goals to work towards. I don't feel any more confident in speaking the language yet and that is the one thing holding back the rating. Perhaps that is more my issue than Busuu but if I actually start using the language, I will up the rating to 5 stars.

it's a different thing to achieve daily progress than the mobile apps.

The app is excellent! The app takes notes on what words and grammar I struggle with to set aside for me to study in its own. It records my progress, let’s me reach out to real people as well!

Refund Requested

I contacted Busuu in order to request a refund because they charged my subscription for the second year without my concern, and they finally decided to refund all my money back into my account. Thank you very much for your helped
