Money was taken from my account with no prior warning. I have cancelled subscription. I’ve called x3. Spoke to no one. I’ve emailed x3. Not heard back. Really poor show. Still waiting to speak to someone about a refund. Update - I have now had a reply and a refund is being issued.

Busuu has been very helpful for me in my process of learning Portugese. Sharing your practice with a native speaker is the best thing, because in that way you can really know if you missed something or pronounce something wrong. That exchange makes everything better, people are always willing to help. The reminders are also a great option so you do not forget to practice and keeps you motivated. Busuu has been an excelent teacher for me.

I Praise
I like being able to go back and do the first lessons again and again. Yes, the course is good. Its nice to be able to correct other students too.
