Using Busuu to teach adult relative from non-English speaking background to read and write in English. Too cumbersome and ill-focused Busuu programme with far too complicated use of vocabulary and grammar. Tried to end subscription and failed Would not recommend your product to candidates who are new at language. Busuu has poor post sales services and difficult to stop subscription Not what was promised on bait marketing by Busuu

Busuu has excellent customer service

Busuu has excellent customer service. I requested a refund in the 14-day window to do so, and it was processed promptly and politely. The site and lessons are great, but I cancelled because I was actually expecting something quiet different. I heard about Busuu from Vaporetto (learn Italian from Francesco) and was expecting that Busuu would have this content (transcripts, a catalog of his videos, etc.) and that was not the case. My bad! And the Busuu support team resolved things ...

A few points to improve

Overall I like the app and concept, so I will just write about things to improve from my point of view. - darkmode I want to be able to use the app right before I go to sleep but the white background is hurting my eyes at night! - when I repeat lectures, it feels like not everything is randomized. - for practice a option to remove pictures or removing multiple choice would be nice … so it gets harder - when I use the app it would be nice if I was still able to hear my music at the same ...

I've used duolingo in the past, and busuu beats it all ends up, easy to use both in terms of learning and the website itself.

Enjoyable

I am really enjoying using Busuu but its early days.I like the sequential lessons and have the opportunity to connect with others. I also like the way you consolidate your vocabulary . Great program.
