I started using the free version of Busuu last year and loved it enough that when there was a deal for the paid version I subscribed for a year. Pros: I enjoyed the free version a lot. I came to Busuu after using Duolingo and preferred the additional community options. Busuu feels more like a learning community rather than a game. Too cumbersome and ill-focused Busuu programme with far too complicated use of vocabulary and grammar. Tried to end subscription and failed Would not recommend your product to candidates who are new at language. Busuu has poor post sales services and difficult to stop subscription Not what was promised on bait marketing by Busuu
