i cancelled my account
i cancelled my account. at least i thought until the debited my credit card. . it is not done with one confirmaton. you have to follow 3 or 4 times. what a sad company culture using delay tactics for customers that want to leave.

ive done some free lessons; joined the premium plus but dont seem to have anything extra- where is the study plan etc that i was meant to be supplied with.Sent an email yesterday but not had a reply yet, whether it will improve i've yet to see

First few lessons are great, but quality goes downhill from there.
