Learning Japanese

the program is set up to have you learn in small, easily remembered blocks. Instead of the firehose method of learning where you get inundated with vocabulary, pronunciation, verbs, etc., you are able to retain these lessons and review them so you won't feel overwhelmed. I believe this is the more logical way to learn; taking measured lessons daily for a year or two instead of trying to cram it all in during the shortest period of time.

Lessons Too Easy

Your lessons are too easy. In addition, there are too few reading exercises! It'd be better if you could raise the difficulty a little more!

Busuu charged me 79.99 to renew a subscription. This app has not been used or downloaded on my phone for over a year. I immediately messaged customer support to request a refund and they refused to refund me. Edit: yes, I was eventually refunded but only after several back and forth emails. I was told several times that the charge could not be refunded. Terrible & dishonest customer service practice.

I cancelled my susciption

I cancelled my susciption. I was told I won't have problems and you just charged me 80 usd for an unrequested service! I had to cancel my card because of it. not happy. Plus you need more courses for different profesions.

i cancelled my account. at least i thought until the debited my credit card. . it is not done with one confirmaton. you have to follow 3 or 4 times. what a sad company culture using delay tactics for customers that want to leave.
