I have just started to use the Busuu…

I have just started to use the Busuu app to learn a language and I can say that I am really enjoying the App it is easy to use - it is fun to learn with the App - and the method used to explain a phrase or the meaning is short and to the point. I am really glad that I have come across Busuu. So well done.

I love Busuu

I love Busuu. I like the structure of lessons - vocabulary with sample sentences, conversations where I can practice the new vocabular in real-life situations. I like the contact to the community for commenting on my written / oral work and that I have the option of booking a live lesson. I`ve had Busuu for a month so far, but am confident I will keep using it.

Cancellation Ignored!!

I cancelled my subscription on March 8, received a confirmation, yet was STILL charged $79.99 on March 15! I sent an email regarding this oversight/mistake, and have not received ANY response so far. EXTREMELY disappointed in this company and their customer service, which is a shame, because the program itself was nice

A very intuitive platform

This is a very intuitive platform that allows us to work efficiently on various aspects of learning. Adresses current and day-to-day topics, which is excellent for aquiring a relevant vocabulary. The negative thing that I find is that the app (when using the phone), sometimes shuts down.

I think Busuu is a great app for English learners

I think Busuu is a great app for english learners, indepedentily your level you can gets improvement till advanced level. Best of all, you can learn in your own time even with just 10 minutes a day.

Speaking Exercise Issue

Speaking part needs to be improved imo. When i am in the middle of speaking, it immediately tells me i am wrong at the first and second try. And at the third time it automatically says i am correct even though i am not done talking. I also use Duolingo app and it never does like that. It shows which words i correctly pronounce and vice versa.
