It's an amazing language learning platform personally I've tried few different and I could say Busuu are the best.

I love the app, I'm learning a lot with. I only think you should put more speaking practise lessons :)

didn’t fix my problem

I was buying for 1 year. Chose Polish, but it didn’t applied and I have English for studying which I don’t need anymore. I have been writing to support, they said the mistake was fixed, but it didn’t work. I asked if they could change from English to Poland and there is still no answer. :(

Busuu may work for many languages but…

Busuu may work for many languages but not for Russian as it uses a different alphabet

Good customer service

I have been a Premium subscriber for a year and managed to complete my Spanish to B2 level (and got my certificates). I had a few lessons credits outstanding, but when the membership expired, I was cut off from making a lesson booking. The support team helpfully re-instated my lessons so I can take advantage of them, since I pre-paid.

My issue is partially resolved

My subscription was renewed without my consent because I did not have the visualization and possibility of canceling the subscription on the application nor received the renewal email. The issue was partially resolved with a 50% refund

Even though I canceled the membership, you took my money from my card, it's a terrible application, I will not recommend it to anyone.
