Prompt tech support and great content
I have been using Busuu for over 390 days on my Android (I completed the Spanish course and am now taking the Latin American Spanish course). I love it! And I enjoy getting help from Spanish speaking people all over the world. Every once in a while there will be a glitch - for instance, I could not figure out how to open some grammar lessons (a nice diversion from normal lessons). Tech support got back to me in less than 24 hours and also answered a followup question. I'm happily learning again.

I got a really fast response from a real person, not an automated reply. The person who responded had actually read and understood my message, and the issue was immediately resolved in a polite and efficient way.

Helpful support
I asked the support for help with a problem. Peter from the IT- support answered immediately. Solving the issue took longer, but the team stayed in contact with me and now I'm happy to find my score/success back in my account.
