What I like about Busuu? 1. Exchanging experience with other user by checking other users' exercises and receiving useful and free feedback. 2. Vocabulary and Grammar trainings when exercises within lessons are not enough. 3. Real-life dialogues on exciting and useful topics + speakers have different (not only standard) accents. 4. Amazing visuals and graphic design - modern, clean, easy-to-use. 5. CEFR-aligned tests with certificates for all levels. Thank you, Busuu!

I originally dinged Busuu's process for opting out of subscriptions -- I rarely participate in such reviews -- but Busuu custom support quickly reached out to me and corrected the issue. They provided a refund and promised to make the process easier for the next customer, so they scratched my itch. Thanks.

So badddd experience with BUSUU! Without my permission, I've been charged 53.12 USD beginning march just after my first year's language service with the price of 13.83 USD! I was trying to contact Busuu's team through email several times, but nothing happened. I don't think it's normal, and I found many peoples like me being charged without permission. Get my money back!

I’ve enjoyed using Busu and found it easy to use. Lessons are clear and precise. I did try using duo lingo but it was very confusing unlike Busu.
