They stole my money, and I can’t cancel the automatic payment, and this is scond year it happened to me

I canceled subscription last year, but they still get me paid this year. I checked my account and it wasn’t on a premium plan.

I Use Busuu to learn italian

I Use Busuu to learn italian. I don t speak well English , so i don t like to correct exercices, Maybe i do it wrong . So i am not sure That my italian ecercice is corrected well . The stucture of Busuu is difficult .

Good but pronunciation needs more presence

I think the app is really good, although I used my PC rather than my mobile - I think there are more features available. As an experienced language teacher myself, I really feel more input needs to be provided on pronunciation, e.g. regular tips pages on this, and a pronunciation guide explaining the basic sounds and how they map to spelling. Also, I think there should be a walk-thru of the app when you first join, to show the full range of functionalities.

Customer service now non existent

For almost a year everything was very good and I learned a lot. However a couple of months ago, something changed with customer service, despite many emails my green for correcting is still not there( I have made over 20,000 corrections) and now I have been cheated out of 3 months premium. Despite further emails to customer service about this, I have had no response from them at all, just completely ignored.

Study plan really spurs progress!

I’ve been learning Italian intermittently for about five years but it’s sometimes difficult to keep up the motivation. Then I discovered Busuu had a points system and Study plan. This helped enormously and I hit my initial goal within days. Then my points were no longer added! With help I’ve discovered how to edit my goal and points & my competitive streak are restored.
