After 3 months of using they deleted my account and took my money, I pre-paid for an entire year. Do not reccomend it to anyone.

Premium membership payment

Premium membership payment was taken from my credit card without my request and knowledge. I requested that this fee be refunded to me. However, no necessary action was taken in line with my request. Edit: After the last conversations, the support team helped me and solved my problem. Friends who have other problems, please pay attention to this issue.

Learn at my own pace

It’s an easy way to learn at my own pace and timeframe. Setting the goals and learning plan is useful too.

It’s fine

It’s fine, but the app is hard to use on the phone because sometimes the digital keyboard doesn’t have the correct accent for a letter and then the app keeps saying the answer was wrong, which makes it think you need to practice that word when you don’t. It’s also bad at cycling through vocab. There’s words I know great because they come up all the time in review and some I can’t remember at all because it never brings them up. The application doesn't work, the log in is not working, I tried several times in the mobile app, and the app tells me that the user is not found, but the web page work perfectly

A promising tool to become fluent in English

I definitely addicted to Busuu. It really helps me to understand some difficult topics while learning English from my B1 level. And the way of becoming fluent in English looks promising to me with Busuu.

Scam Subscriptions

Scam Subscriptions Got the $32 plan 1 year ago and cancelled it, now 1 year later I got charged $79.99 without any sort of e-mail remainders as they claim they send out in other Trustpilot reviews. Will have to open a dispute for a refund, do not recommend.
