I've got 5 stars because Busuu teaches speaking, reading, listeting English in easy and interesting form. I love it very much!

Good App., problem with payment renewal

I really like the app. Helps you to socialize and benefit mutually with other users. Renewal process should be more clear, I couldn't cancel the renewal on the same day.

I am positively impressed by Bussu learning Italian for 12 months. It is slightly pushing you to make progress and turns the learning into the fun. However there is some minor space for improvement: 1. Some audios is very difficult to listen as they are in a low voice. 2. Often there is no reply to my "home work" so I have no feed back. 3. Disappointing

Best language learning app out there. I have tried all top-10. UPD. After 1 month of use, I can tell you that I am disappointed. I have started to learn Italian, and first 10% of the lessons were like charm. But after that, lessons quality dramatically dropped. The main problem is that no new words, nor grammar rules, appear in the review section. Now that I'm on the half way to the end of the course, I still got the same 200 words to review as I had in the first 10% of lessons. That means, ...

Wanted to try service

Wanted to try service. Used app for ONE hour. Charged me $79.99 instantly (which they were not supposed to do until the end of the 7 day trial).Cancelled and asked for refund. Asked 3 times. It took 4 days for them to respond. A week later and I do not have my $79.99 back.

Your employees told me that they could not return the money - bad. You received money for a service that you do not actually provide to me, good health to you. By default, there is a subscription with automatic renewal - it's terrible, they deducted money from me without my knowledge. Some problems, but great App

Dear Busuu Team, I have been using the Premium version of the App on the phone as well as on the PC for 1 year now, mainly for Japanese studies, and it has been a great help for the most part, since I was using it almost every day at one point. The lessons are simple and well explained with good examples and sometimes interesting trivia. The App's animations are nice and fluid, although rather more on the phone app then on the PC version. I like the app

I like the app. I think it could benefit from more complex content however. I am concerned about the length of time the call to the weak words assessment takes - it's very slow and has been like this for a year. I think the grammar reviews are too repetitive - I know the verb uscire inside out and I'm fed up knowing that my parents are going to cinema tonight! In general, I haven't seen many app updates over the past year so not sure how much investment is going in to the front end. I ...
