Didactics and pedagogical resources for learning some languages

Busuu platform has several resources for learning some languages available on it. I've been studying some languages during almost 3 weeks in premium Plan and I really feel happy and motivated to follow them. In the PC or tablet the Busuu's platform, in my opinion is so good and I recommend you know it, this is the one of the best options to autonomous learning or blended learning with another digital resources. The fellowship inside Busuu are awesome and you learn with their feedback.

I cannot find how to send audio for a pronunciation exercise without linking it to an image. I mean, unless you choose an image to talk about, you cannot send any audio.

Impossible to switch to a second language

On the app, even after buying premium, I cannot switch between languages and must connect through the browser for the second language.

Busuu is a total disaster.

I got last year a one year Premium Subscription with a 40€ price. This month after one year I have tried to calcel automatic renewal. Their web interface contain multiple stages of cancellation buttons, where last one is hidden in the colors where one could not notice it, and you do not know whether you have to press it on or not. I assumed that my cancellation process is complete. But it is NOT. Busuu charge me 80€ for another one year Premium Subscription where I do not need it, and I do ...

Tried to learn Arabic but got quickly overwhelmed

Tried to learn Arabic but got quickly overwhelmed with too complicated writing. I found a better language course publisher that picks the new vocabulary also regarding how to easy the learner into a new character set. Busuu looks nice and competent, though, for other languages with an Alphabet you already know. it has a nice community aspect, too. However, it feels a bit wrong that community work from the learners is sold as a premium Feature "get corrections from native speakers".

I've got 5 stars because Busuu teaches speaking, reading, listeting English in easy and interesting form. I love it very much!
