Good price and customer service
Offering 13 languages for one price is amazing, but I was also pleased with a refund I wanted. They offer a 14 day refund, and they honored it and refunded me when I asked for it, some companies try to skirt this so I'm happy they did refund me. As someone who has used duolingo, babbel and busuu, they probably have the best 'bang for your buck', so I highly recommend it.

I really can't thank you enough for…
I really can't thank you enough for your hard work and dedication. I long waited for German B1 live lessons and here it came. Every time I use Busuu I get shocked of the discipline you have. I really love you, all.
