Probably the best language learning site

I am rewriting my review and I want to express my big thanks to Busuu for the professional attitude and awesome build lessons. I hope one day I can return and complete my studies. The classes are perfect, well structured, will make you going back and have fun learning a new (or few ) language. Thank you, and see you back soon.

Very upset with the auto renew

Very upset with the auto renew with your system. I canceled along time ago but you canceling process is rigged. You have a final cancel button at the end that is greyed out so it looks like the process is finished along with a note sorry to see you go but you HAVE to push the greyed out cancel button again 8’ order for it to actually cancel! So I was charged for another year and no way to get my money back! This is very upsetting and I will be telling everyone what a scam your company is!

Honestly I came in with the expectation that the live lesson is meant to enhance my speaking skills, but it kinda was too restricted to the pdf file attached with the live lesson, and the instructor didn’t seem to bother with stepping out of it, or even elaborating further on the pdf file, the class is suppose to be for 40 or 30 minutes I guess but it lasted way less cause we were done with the pdf exercise right away! Maybe if you encourage the class to revolve around the pdf file but also ...

Its really good but I would like it if…

Its really good but I would like it if the "write about something" section would be more free, so if the person want to write about completely different, than you can paste a URL to show the video, and if you wanna just write about something you could do it, it would be so cool I think. Other than this the website and the app do a really good job.

Busuu steals money.

I never made a purchase from Busuu. Busuu made a fraudulent card charge and refused to refund me. Edit: I have received an e-mail from Busuu offering a refund and requesting I delete or update my review here. Hopefully I will finally receive a refund.

Extremely disappointed

I was overly frustrated on the whole experience with customer service all over changing a credit card to be billed. This should be a much easier process and it has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. It made me really think about even renewing my membership. I hope I never have this issue again and that there is something I can do in my account settings. This whole situation is having me consider looking into alternatives on my language learning journey.
