I'm really enjoying Busuu

I'm really enjoying Busuu, Much more than many others I've tried such as Rocket Languages which has endless testing taking longer than learning the material. I would like Busuu to give you more explanations sometimes but overall I'm enjoying the experience.

Excellent App

Gotcha capitalism with default auto renew problem resolved

I had not used Busuu in many months and did not realize it was set to auto renew. When I received message it had renewed, I immediately wrote and requested to cancel the renewal and refund the money. The customer service person would not do so. This is predatory marketing and disrespectful of the customer and their needs or wants. Gotcha capitalism. Bad faith, bad attitude. It's a good program but I can't leave a 4.5 out of 5. The program is great and very informative but it could be better (in my opinion).I'm using the Japanese program at the moment but I would really like a Japanese alphabet and writing side course. Like a special tab for it. Another thing i came across was, well I doesn't happen often. But I came across some kids saying random gibberish in the community tab. Busuu has been my most helpful learning tool for Spanish, I haven’t progressed through it all but I’m speaking conversationally at the very least. 4/5 due to customer service issues but the app itself is great, no complaints at all.
