My favorite learning platform

I’m in love with Busuu’s platform and services. I tried several institutes in my area and they were so expensive and unreliable as their teachers weren’t as qualified as I hoped them to be. In short, Busuu is affordable, reliable and very enjoyable 🙂

Great educational platform!

Great educational platform with plenty of useful materials. I learned French and advanced level of English. Customer service is excellent too: fast and helpful responses.

Good but?!

Something has gone wrong in my first session with French and cancellation of subscription after first year

Superior language service.

Few intrusive emails and a well constructed easy to follow flow of learning has greatly helped my language skills. I have used a bunch of learning apps and websites and this is one of the best i've used. due to lack og funds i unfortunately had to unsubscribe. I had some issues unsubscribing, but as soon as i got in contact with the help team they were extremely helpful and cordial. I recommend other language enthusiasts to utilize this language learning service (^-^)

It's an interesting application

It's an interesting application. There are a few problems though : it's impossible to make several schedules, we can study to the C2 level, especially in English. The lessons are great and it's good to talk with a lot of people.

Beware of conversion to paid and auto-renewal

They bury the fact that "free" converts to paid automatically and then renews a year later. The advance notice that my subscription would renew said "receipt for your renewal" which reads as an already completed transaction, not as a last chance to cancel. Update: After seeing the company response here I searched my email for the subject line "about to renew" and did find the email in my junk folder. They also agreed to issue a refund, so they have resolved this situation to my satisfaction.
