I wasn’t happy about annually automatic renewal of my forgotten account. Peter answered each of my questions rapidly and helped me to understand the problem then solved it. I appreciate him. I’ve known the Busuu for a long time, and I think the application quite usefull and help to learn many languages easily. Thank you.

Thank you for supporting Ukrainian! The app's is really good and effective. I was glad to know it! Please add the ability to add words to the dictionary for users. And delete the "russian" and "moscow" example for Ukrainian users. It's really important for us.

busuu in my opinion is the easiest way to learn laguages

since the lessons are very easy to follow and to understand the customer service is great they will help you if you faced any technical issues

It's not easy to cancel a trial period

It's not easy to cancel a trial period, and I was late doing so, but the customer success team granted my refund without question. That makes me want to continue with Busuu. I'll continue for free now, and possibly go full subscription in the future. Thanks. Great work and thank you.

Select lessons easier

I think it would be more comfortable to have the lessons grouped, an endless list is a bit slow to scroll down
