I've been using Busuu for two years

I've been using Busuu for two years, and I'm generally very satisfied with the product. The only things that feel somewhat uncomfortable for me are the exercises that true/false answers. They require a lot of concentration not to press the wrong answer. And sometimes the graphics of the exercises where you have to drag items from one place to the other have not been exactly great. Excellent app! Makes learning new languages much fun!

This seems like great software except…

This seems like great software except there is no placement test for certain languages. Without the placement test you’re stuck trying to figure out where you should start your lessons. If I was going to use Busuu in the future I would want to start a language from the beginning with Busuu rather than pick up some thing after having learned a little bit. Otherwise the experience is awkward
