Respectful, Efficient, and Provides Useful Information!

I've sent a complaint about a technical error, and their team replied efficiently and respectfully, directly addressing the issue as well as keeping me posted about progress made to resolve the error. Compared to other companies, I would say that I've had one of my best experiences with Busuu and their team!

The Russian course takes a nosedive on level A2

I’ve been doing the Russian lessons, mostly for review because I studied Russian in college and graduate school and even taught it. I just finished the first level A1 and the first two chapters of level A2. They were great! Chapter 3 took it from 0 to 100. In just the first two lessons, we got 16 new vocabulary words, and dialogues and examples with vocab and grammar we haven’t seen yet (instrumental case, до того, как). Excellent, patient, assistance!!

I have been using Busuu for almost two years with no technical problems. When I recently encountered what I thought was a glitch, I reached out. At first, it looked like there was a problem that could not easily be explained. But the Customer Service Tech representative stuck with my issue and figured out the fix. The Busuu

The Busuu - foreign language learning program is just a wonderful way to broaden your horizons. The program helps to make a learning plan, set up reminders, and regularly monitors knowledge. I learned Italian from level zero to A2 level. I am very pleased with the responsive tech support, which is always ready to help and answer any questions, especially employee Peter. Thanks to this program, it inspires me to keep moving forward.
