The cancellation policy and tardiness of alert emails for when the next charge on your account for a new subscription was very underwhelming. I would have appreciated at the very least a notice email letting me know that my next subscription would be coming up and give me the opportunity to cancel in time before the charge could be processed through. It is very easy to use and good structured.

A good way to learn

I like Busuu because they keep feeding me the questions until I get them right. And they show you the correct answer right after you get it wrong. So I always learn what the answer should be and then can test myself again until I get 100% on my lessons.

I would recommend reconsidering the checking of other members tasks, frankly speaking, I didn't get the idea. At the same time, I like other tasks and study flow :)

Busuu is an excellent resource for…

Busuu is an excellent resource for language learners. The lessons are very good and laid out in an organized fashion. But the best part is the corrections by native speakers. That forces you to use the language and helps make learning language more of a group effort than a lonely solitary affair.

It is the best application.

So far this has been a good experience

So far this has been a good experience. The absence of a dictionary for reference can be a problem when words are introduced that are not part of the drill. The feedback I've received has been very limited but useful. In principle, I like the idea of communicating with native speakers. It's fun. Maybe reset the review algorithim so that more words are repeated even if they are in the mastery group, particularly where those words require a preposition.
