Hi. I rated 1 star because you charged me without asking me althought I have canceled the subcription 2 years in advance. I had to send Email many times not 1 time including detail evidences that finally you refunded me back. You ignoged your fault though I sent you Email the first time with your confirmation Email that you canceled the subcriptions for me 2 years ago. I never use this service again. You wasted my time and brought me lots of annoy.

I had purchased Busuu a couple of months ago. The Spanish offered is not Latin American Spanish and the method of teaching did not suit me. That said, Busuu Customer Service is the best! They promptly refunded my money when I let them know that the product did not work for me.

Attentiveness for users experience

Busuu has a great attitude and pays attention to their clients. It values experience, opinion of users and try to make their users happy and successful. I totally recommend the app!

Best languages learning app

Bussu is amazing, I've been using it for over a year and by far the best app to learn a new language. I love this app so much and recommend it to all my friends. I lvoe that they always give you discounts.

Good learning content

Several different options to review, learn, get live classes the content is amazing. Also the classes with native speaker of German are awesome.

I miss sometimes the translation

I miss sometimes the translation, from some Textes. Than i use google to find out what some words mean.

Best language learning app.

This is the only language learning app that I would recommend, I have used many of them, Babbel, DuoLingo, Memrise, LingoDeer but none felt like I was actually learning. On the other hand Busuu actually teaches you, not vocabulary but so much grammar and also cultural things about the language you are learning. Adding cultural subject adds some much value to the classes and teaches you actually useful stuff that you will encounter when using the language. In my language learning journey ...

Busuu is a good way to learn a foreign language. Busuu can record your voice and check pronunciation, which is important. Plenty of repetition to check comprehension. The absolute best way to learn though is to actually TALK to native speakers -- often. If Busuu has this feature, take advantage of it. iTalki and BaseLang are great examples of emersion into another language.

Great product

Great product, depending on the language you want to learn. Their German course is probably the best out of all of the language learning apps and the community feedback is invaluable for improving and staying motivated. The subscription cancellation process is also very easy which is a huge plus if you find you don't have the time or need a break. I will note that the recordings for their Polish course are of low quality, but then again it's hard to find Polish courses at all.
