Issues with premium

Had issues with premium account, because I purchased it for a wrong account. Had a very pleasant experience, Peter from customer service helped a lot.

I find Busuu incredibly well done

I find Busuu incredibly well done, highly professional and fun. All my working life I taught English to German speakers in Germany, so I am somewhat sensitized to teaching methods. Busuu is pedagogically sound in the way its progession moves, spiraling from familiar to unfamiliar content and back, gradually. Revision is built in to help learners construct a solid foundation. I only regret not having heard sooner about this app!

I’d like to expose my satisfaction and customer friendly attention. Unfortunately because of the war in Ukraine I didn’t want to use the app anymore (although I consider this app the best in educational sphere), as far as I’m short in money. I was get the refund because I was charged for next year at the same day. Thank you for your attention and such a great service I’ll definitely recommend it to all of my friends

Best app for learning languages

I started using this app to learn italian among other apps which I stoped using and now I'm fluent in that language and also learning 2 other languages. I think that the method they used is the secret formula, in addition their levels are prety accurate.
