I really love Busuu! Its the best app to learn languages! Also thanks to Busuu for 3 months free Premium for ukrainian people!

Good that you made the purchase to be auto- renewable yearly. You made the money and customer was not notified at least the day before it auto-renewed. Yearly renewal is usually forgotten by most users. monthly renewal should be made because customer will be aware of the monthly deduction and can cancel the next month. But yearly renewal is huge amount and usually overlooked. Now it is too late for me

The lesson was ausom. The teacher was very patiant with us. We had a student who didn't mannage to talk to us. So she comunicated by writting on the chat box.
