I got charged again after cancelling

I cancelled my subscription after paying for it 2 years ago so that I would only pay for that time period. Somehow I got charged for it again and their customer support does not want to reimburse me or correct the mistake. The product is good but the company seems to try and get whatever money out of you that they can.

I didn't want to renew my subscription for two years and cancelled within hours of renewal. I contacted the company and they refused to credit my account even though it was within just a few hours of seeing that it renewed. $137 waisted.

The app has helped me improve a lot on my language learning. I been using Busuu everyday for more than two weeks and seeing great results. I think its most useful feature is the review section. As someone who tends to forget, it is nice to have an app rank which words you need to review on and which ones you strongly know. You can also download the notes from each lesson on a PDF file, which saves you A LOT of time because you don't need to write them down. What I do is download the notes ...

On June 27th I received a notice of renewal. I cancelled. I cannot prove I cancelled and they cannot prove I did not. On July 10 they charged me $70. I immediately cancelled again. They did cancel on July 10. I am still cancelled. However they will not refund me. This has been an ongoing battle. I have no access to the premium account for which they have charged me $70. Because l’m not premium anymore, most of the levels are closed even though l’ve completed before and l have to pay again to see them. This should be considered.
