Busuu is great!
Note: this review has been updated because of some very helpful feedback from Busuu support after I sent them the original review. This has solved the problem that I’ve had with the Busuu interface, so I’ve updated my review and my rating accordingly. Busuu’s grammar and presentation (at least in the German course) far exceeds that in the language-learning app that I have been mostly using recently. So far Busuu is the best online…
So far Busuu is the best online language platform I have tried, and I've been learning German at my own pace online for almost five years! I really like how it has both self paced lessons and optional live lessons. The live lessons are so necessary to practice speaking.
