Issues without fixes

There are many times where the audio is incorrect, the text is incorrect, or something in the question doesn't function at all and there's no way to report the bug. The daily streak feature doesn't work, and yet every day it shows up saying "1 day streak". There needs to be a way to match up in "Community" with native speakers of my target language. That way there may be some chance of a language exchange developing and it would improve the recognition of common errors in each other's ...

Billing issue

I had an issue where by, I purchased a 24 month plan but my invoice I was sent only stated that I was enrolled for 12 months only. Quickly resolved over a couple of emails. Happily on my French language learning journey.

Excellent app. Thank you guys very much for it. I have just one wish. If it is possible please add a possibility to add words into vocabulary. Because I have lots of words that I’d love to add to voc and learn them all in one place.
