Where is Ukraine?

I really like Busuu, but I don't understand why there are no mentions of Ukraine in the program? Why is there no Ukrainian language? Why should I pay money and see examples of russian pigs? I don't want to see the mention of the country-terrorist in your application. This is unacceptable! I hope you fix this in the near future. I want to see my home country Ukraine, one of the biggest countries in Europe in this app!

Easy and clear, best language-learning app with reasonable price

I've been a clients for 4 months now and I started studying Japanese. The first month was a trial and then I decided to go with the premium package (1 year). Lessons are easy and clear, the feature that gives us the chance to correct (and get corrected) other users is the thing I like the most, the best way to help each other improve! There are a few things I think that should be adjusted, like: - The study plan should only be based on new lessons, but stars are coming also with exercises ...

Bad of returning fee

I dont appreciate a lot your service because of returning fee policies. You send me via email about informing renewal course, but I cant received any email. Secondly, I cant see in the purchase btw Apple. I think that I already cancelled. So disappointed!

Cant get refund even in 14 days - Then problem solved fast

I didn't like so much and I wanted to full refund after 5 day because they were saying that you can ask full refund in 14 days, and you are not able to reach them to ask for that. They are cheating! Edit: I got an email from busuu for helping me and I am still waiting for the refund, if I get it, I will re-update this comment. +Edit: After the my bad comment on Trustpilot they reached out me and they made the refund fastly. So good job! Good customer services!

Sneaky..

Just make sure you cancel through the website as it may not be recorded as a purchase through the App Store and they then sting you for another year with no notice and no chance of a refund…
