I haven’t used Busuu for over two years…
I haven’t used Busuu for over two years and forgot that the automatic renewal was ‘on’. I was promptly charged for the renewal after 2 years. I informed them on the same day that I do not want to use it. They just flatly refused any refund. This is poor business practice and not the right way to treat customers. They just seem to be happy charging people even if they don’t want use their product. Definitely not an ethical company.

Great language learning app
This is an awesome language learning app. It makes learning a new language very easy, has plenty of activities to strengthen your knowledge, and a lot incentives to keep people engaged. Teaching method is more guidance so you would have to create a learning experience that suits you. Suitable for self-motivated learners. Would totally recommend.

Easy and clear, best language-learning app with reasonable price
I've been a clients for 4 months now and I started studying Japanese. The first month was a trial and then I decided to go with the premium package (1 year). Lessons are easy and clear, the feature that gives us the chance to correct (and get corrected) other users is the thing I like the most, the best way to help each other improve!
