An Appreciated App
Great app. I have little experience with language learning apps, but this one seems as smooth and fun as can be expected. This review is actually ~4.3 stars, but I rounded up because they're worth supporting. A few reasons why this is not a 5-star: -You can't skip some of the 'cut-scenes' after a lesson. -The content of some of the 'complete German' (I can't speak for other languages) course is too everyday and trivial. I would prefer a focus on more general words; if I wanted to learn ...

This year my membership was automatically renewed but I do not want to renew it and you do not cancel it. Edit-1 Busuu team helped and solved my problem, money refunded to my credit card, thank you

Auto-renewed for $90 without a heads…
Auto-renewed for $90 without a heads up, yikes! The app made it pretty clear that they would let you know a few days before the trial renews. I didn't get any notification of this.

Generally very good
Generally very good, much better than Duolingo. The grammar review is good, although it seems to be only available on the app not the website (opposite of Duolingo) and therefore hard to print, and it would be nice if it gave more exercises (and perhaps different from those in the lessons). It is also nice to get a level certificate.
