Busuu is a great app

I really like Busuu. It provides very good lessons with grammar points. This is very helpful. I appreciate that grammar points can also be checked between lessons. The vocabulary can also be trained in a separate module. Last but not least, there are written or spoken exercises which are corrected by the community. The support ist very nice and reactive.

Good app, good customer service

The app is good to learn, I bought premium mainly because I wanted to do recap of words learned, but there is too much writing for me. So i decided not to cancel it as it is possible for 14 days. Julia was very helpful and was ready to do it, but in the end convinced me with an extra discount to stay. Awesome customer service.

Excellent customer service

I do appreciate the swift response I get from Busuu, unlike some other language apps. They always check out my problem or suggestion and send a comprehensive reply.

I had an issue with the words list not being filtered into weak, middle and strong words. Julia from the Busuu support team kept me up to date and reached out to me to test if an update resolved the issue. The support's been great and my issue has been fixed.

Best app for language learning

I love the Busuu app. Since my first try of the app in 2014, I am always happy with the framework of language learning and the contents provided by this app. I also use other Chinese and international language learning apps. Great program poisoned by a few bad tools

Okay, this review is for the Japanese component only, as that's what I've been using. First of all, I really like Busuu's approach to learning Japanese (Mostly). It is mostly extremely well done, but what doesn't work is so extraordinarily bad that it interferes with all the good it has going for it. Thus three stars instead of five. I am enjoying the lessons

I am enjoying the lessons, I think I am actually learning some new stuff. I was looking for B2 to C1 content and they do not disappoint. Most apps focus on beginners, but not these guys. Customer service is very quick and polite.
