No access to Premium despite payment

Although I paid for Premium access on 28 September I have as of today, 5 Okt., still no access to Premium. Therefore I rate my experience as miserable.

I was NOT contacted before my subscription was renewed. This was not in alignment with Busuu's renewal agreement. I complained about these charges repeatedly but was ignored by their nonexistent customer service department. Too bad. I was going to resubscribe a couple of months later...I like Busuu's format. But their way of doing business is garbage.

I am happy learning with bussu.

Very satisfied with Busuu for more than 7 years

Busuu has the most understandable interface. I have been using it for more than 7 years. I highly recommend it.

Slow But Fun and Informative

After having used Duolingo for about 5 years, I like the way Busuu explains things a lot better than that app and the fact that you can interact with others who are themselves learning. My biggest personal criticism however, is that for those of us who have some background in the language, I wish the lessons would progress in difficulty a little faster. Of course, I realize that some people have just started learning a new language, therefore taking things slow is a must.

League

In my app didn't work League score. Support team helped me to fix my trouble during one day. It was really fast and helpful. I appreciate it.

Grammar summaries needed. Otherwise great

Great lessons, although an explanation of words and gramatical rules would be of a great help

Busuu is good balance of structure and actual use of language

Busuu is a good balance of structured grammar and vocabulary and writing and speaking to actually express and communicate. Most outstanding aspect of Busuu is the learning community. I write and speak in Spanish and my work is posted in a forum where native Spanish speakers review, correct and suggest. I respond to people who are learning English.

Amazing Experience

While I've been in and out of Busuu due to work life, every time I use it I enjoy it so much and want to use it more and more! Am currently learning Japanese as I plan on travelling next year and it's made it very easy to learn for someone who struggles with languages a lot. Great site!
