The best app for learning languages

Overall by far the best app for learning languages in my experience and also it's best bang for the buck. I've read some tests und got some apps, of which I thought, It's worth a try. Busuu is so versatile, interesting, has a grammar trainer, a vocabulary trainer, a community for correcting tasks and helping each other and very much more. My grammar and my phrases were really bad. After I passed level A1 in the placement test, I was able to catch up to level A2 at more than 50 % in less ...

Product is not ok.

Polish language only. First 40-50 lessons are just fine, but then it just gives cards with new words, without any explanation, no grammar, quality of lessons is also poor. iOS app can't it display it correctly and becomes unresponsive on one of them (had to pass it on Web version). Looks like a not updated old version. I think it is just waste of time and money until whole course is reworked and updated.

Impressive support from the Busuu support team!

Today I reached out to the support team at Busuu via email for help and I was very impressed with their truly wonderful care and support. I received a response and reply quickly via email by Marcelo who had not only kindly looked into my problem but it seemed that he had already corrected it and I was able to continue without any issues! you should add free meetings with premium subscription otherwise Duolingo seems like a better option unfortunately i discovered this after i paid for the subscription....

Easy to process learning program with…

Easy to process learning program with no difficulties and making it fun to learn at the same time.

Mix between practising different skills…

Mix between practising different skills like talking, writing, reading in well constructed lessons. Interesting approach to involve the learning community.

Good app but some problems

I paid for premium partly so i could access a range of lessons and not progress stepwise (as i have a bit of prior knowledge) but on ipad/laptop this is still not possible. Also wish you could search lesson titles. Other than that though a fantastic tool!

Podcast

A spanish podcast for begginwrs would be nice.

Great costumer service

Great costumer service. And an ‘easy to learn’ app. You can use their daily reminder in order to keep up with the lessons. It helps to improve your vocabulary , they use ‘every-day life situations’
