I am so happy with Busuu, it’s my second year of subscription, and busuu helps me a lot and improved my English proficiency. And I am so thankful with their back up team that are so patient and helpful.

Great for Japanese

Great for Japanese I am using Busuu for Japanese and its method is superior to any other online selfteaching service. It helps you (even forces you!) to use real life language, and the possibility of peer-corrections is great. The depth and usefulness of exercises (reading, speaking, writing), as the level increases, approaches what, eventually, might be needed in a real environment. It is fun and easy to use too...

When the problem occurred, the person in charge of the company recognized it, solved the problem quickly, and sent a kind and quick email reply. I am very satisfied about that.

Great App!

Great App. Better than others available - because does teach real language and does it very well (short films, useful phrases, language tips, great revision system). Highly recommended! Have always wanted to learn French and now can finally do it!

A little boring app

A little boring app. Same tasks, nothing new. Very rarely there is video material. Basically 2-3 new words per lesson. I would like more tests, maybe some quizzes. Also more entertainment stuff. Video, TED

I was not informed of the annual renewal because the emails you sent went to my junk/promotional section. I contacted you the day you charged my credit card and you would not refund my money. I find this to be very bad customer service.
