They took money on my credit card for a…

They took money on my credit card for a membership I did not want, without my consent and approval and refuse to reimburse even though I contacted them the following day. I did a quick search on the internet to quickly realize that there are hundreds of other users in the same situation. Busuu does this on purpose with anyone who first subscribed for a trial. They do not act with good faith. The way they approach their business is like a scam. Beware.

I really like Busuu and believe it has helped me enormously in getting to the next level in Spanish. I ranked it 4 stars rather than 5 due to some frustrating algorithm type issues. For ex, can't go back a page, every time I want to start a new lesson, the page loads previous level and I have to scroll to figure out where I am all over again. I am finding it really helpful to do lessons more than once and can't always recall from name if I have done so or not.
